Hi all! At Tail AI, we are here to make project management workflows easier for our customers. Working in Customer Success, I have seen firsthand how frustrating it can be to have two or even three vendors to track projects. With Tail AI, we have our website application, but also designed a sleek Chrome Extension, so that users can log tasks while they are emailing their clients. Once a task is logged, you can add in how much time you spent on the item. This allows you to create and manage tasks within Chrome instead of having to go to two different vendors to log the task. We recently added an AI function that allows you to quickly summarize an email from a client into an actionable task ticket that you can assign to yourself or someone on your team. Here are our current features: -Project management interface where you can add clients, projects (for example, support hours for 2025), and tasks. Multiple users can be added to an account if you want to assign tasks to team members, or an account can simply be used by a single user, and you can assign tasks to yourself -We have a Chrome Extension that is super easy to use -In our Chrome Extension, we have a "Create Task" function that copies a customer's email instantly into a ticket -However, if you wanted to summarize a lengthy and technical email into an actionable ticket, you can make use of our AI summary functionality -Fully functional formatter within our notepad in our Chrome Extension -Report page that shows tasks and the amount of time spent on a client Features that we are evaluating: -An integration with Intuit that allows time spent on clients to be sent into their systems for easier billing -The ability to read Google Calendar events to automatically log tasks and hours associated with a task We are a super small company, but always looking for ways to enhance our product so that our users have more time to work on their actual projects.
