It saves me significant time, enabling me to focus on the key aspects of business mentoring without taking copious notes.

What needs improvement

For what I use it for, it is the best product out there. It might be good to have an option to run without displaying information within the video products if needed.

This product is not intrusive and does not join the meetings as a participant. It works with all tools I use for mentoring calls.

I have been trying not to use it for about 1 year now. There are many differente solutions that achieve "kind of" the same as Tactiq. But honestly, the ease of use and the specificity of it's AI summaries is unmatched. I have invited around 20 people, not because of the free transcriptions I get (althought these are nice), but because when I leave a meeting I share the AI summarise and EVERYONE LOVE'S it. Instantly, they become an user. In a week, they become paid users. It is just something that we can't live without. One thing that I love to do is to combine Tactiq's transcripts and summaries inside ClickUp Brain Wiki. This way, we can have a clear understanding and growth of our company by taping into every word that was expressed by everyone in the company. The transcript helps the AI to learn and the summarise is used by the people to check on that meeting in the future. The recording? Well... I have been recording all my meetings since 2017. I believe I went back to check 2 or 3 (out of ~500). But the things generated from Tactiq... ohh, boy, they are used all the time. In summary, we should ask Tactiq to give a summary of my review. ;)

I use it for all my team meetings. I like having the transcript appear in real time during the meeting so that I can highlight items, mark them as questions, actions or decisions. The AI options add fantastic value and save even more time. I just wish there was an option to buy additional AI created on an as needed basis

Compared to other note-taking AI apps, this is the only one that doesn't feel intrusive. In the other apps, bots join the call, which somehow turns off the prospect who is unaware of this latest tech. Tactiq allows you to do all the note-taking app capabilities WITHOUT that awkward bot joining the call.

I have used Tactiq for more than 2 years. I'm so delighted with it. It saved me a lot of time with my meeting notes, + I could find a lot of info from past meetings with clients that helped me to solve difficult cases with clients. Definitely, a must-have for your daily work when you have numerous calls.

Love this product it is wonderful. I am having a problem getting some zoom setting activated that are locked down by company admin, but for Google Meet and for MS it works wonderful. Saves me a ton of time and helps my old brain stay on top of things. TY

I just tried the tool in a meet call and it finally solved my biggest problem, which is to take notes and not forget anything. I tried the Italian language and it work very well. Great work, I like it a lot 👏
