The GHL sync piece — does it create new contacts/opportunities automatically, or does it push notes into existing ones? Asking because if it's creating net-new records from every meeting, deduplication is going to matter a lot for agencies running high call volume.

@sounak_bhattacharya Great question Sounak — to answer it directly: it does both, and deduplication is handled. When SYSTEM Launchpad syncs to GHL, it checks for an existing contact by email before creating a new one. If the contact exists, it updates the record and pushes the meeting notes and tags. If they're new, it creates the contact and opportunity fresh. So for high call volume agencies running repeat clients, you won't end up with duplicate records.
