I'd be lying if i say i wasn't surprised, the voice interaction felt so natural.

What needs improvement

Perhaps you could add transcription of what the agent is speaking so the user can read it.

vs Alternatives

Ive seen a lot of chatbots do voice, but they arent so integrated into the website like this does i feel.
