@zanereed596 My partner and I have been facilitating group discussions for the last decade. A lot of what we've done here is distill our understanding of group process in to training the AI engine to do what we do intuitively. It's a work in progress and we're continually improving it. We're also looking at how the AI engine can moderate off topic responses in a way that makes it easy for the creator to quickly filter those and delete them if not appropriate.
