Hi! I'm the maker of Sulyara, a discreet AI overlay for Windows that listens to your interview or meeting and suggests what to say, grounded in your own r sum . It launches here on Product Hunt today.
Before launch, I'd love to hear from people who've been in the hot seat:
When do you most need help? Behavioral questions, technical or coding questions, or keeping track of what was said in a meeting?
What matters more to you: faster answers, or answers that stick closely to your real experience?
What's missing? macOS support, a practice or mock-interview mode, better meeting notes, something else?
A bit of context: it's a one-time $12, you bring your own AI key (or run a free local model with Ollama), and transcription can run fully on your PC. It's Windows-only for now.
Hi Product Hunt! I'm the maker of Sulyara.
I wanted an interview and meeting assistant without another monthly subscription, so Sulyara is a one-time $10. You bring your own AI key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Groq, DeepSeek and more), or run a free local model with Ollama, and you pay your provider only for what you use.
What it does:
- Ctrl+Enter drafts a reply to the question you were just asked, using the live conversation
- Smart assist also reads your screen: code, slides, documents
- Recap and meeting notes when you stop listening
- Local transcription with whisper.cpp, so audio can stay on your PC
- Answers are grounded in your real résumé. It's told not to invent employers, projects or numbers
Honest limits: it's Windows-only for now, the installer isn't code-signed yet (SmartScreen will warn once), and hiding from screen share is best-effort (not over Remote Desktop or in VMs).
Sulyara is free software (GPL v3), built on an open-source project, and the source is on the site. The $20 version adds a 22-page guide on how I built it from that source with AI coding prompts.

I'd love feedback on what to build next: macOS, better coding-interview support, or something else?
