For years I was the engineer that high-volume Shopify stores called when their

subscription, loyalty, and retention apps weren't doing what they needed. I wrote the

integrations. I wrote the proxies that forced different apps to talk to each other. I

wrote the code that bridged the gap between what the merchant wanted and what the app

actually allowed.

The pattern was always the same. Merchants had a clear idea for how their subscription

tiers, cashback rules, or loyalty triggers should work, then they'd hit the

customization ceiling of whatever app they were using and settle for a worse version of

their idea. The merchant tools in this space haven't really evolved in a decade.

I got tired of writing the same bridges. So I built subZwallet.

The part I'm proudest of is what merchants can actually do once they're inside. The visual flow

builder lets merchants drag together triggers, conditions, and actions, building flows

that would normally require an engineer. Behavioral toasts, smart subscription upgrades,

conditional cashback boosts: all built without code. No other Shopify app gives

merchants this depth natively yet.
