StyleFlow Barbershop Appointment Manager: Google Sheets booking system for small barbershops

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I built StyleFlow after looking at how many small barbershops still manage appointments through notebooks, chat messages, calendars, and separate spreadsheets. Each task is simple on its own, but when the same information has to be written down, checked, entered again, and updated in multiple places, the workflow becomes harder to manage. StyleFlow is my attempt to create a simpler middle ground between a basic spreadsheet and more complex subscription-based scheduling software. It is built with Google Sheets and focuses on: • appointment organization • availability tracking • client information • clearer front-desk workflows • a setup that small businesses can understand and maintain It is mainly designed for small independent barbershops that want more structure without immediately moving to enterprise software.
