StoreBreak Relay: Match two store reports without exposing either store

Storefront regressions rarely arrive as a clean incident. They arrive as separate support tickets from separate merchants, often with different screenshots and no safe way to compare them. StoreBreak Relay keeps the workflow deliberately narrow: - a merchant submits a public-safe regression signature; - a second independent store must match before the vendor room opens; - the app team publishes one aggregate update; - each merchant keeps a private capability-scoped receipt and can say whether the update helped. The app workspace is $49/month. Merchant reporting and receipts are free. It does not monitor storefronts, diagnose root cause, or collect store credentials, customer data, or private logs. The no-buy case matters: if one store is affected, or your existing incident system already proves cross-store independence and issues private receipts, keep using that system.
