🚀 Hey Product Hunt community! Here’s why I built Stocklytics:
It all started during a holiday job at a local clothing shop. Every shift change, our team dreaded inventory. We’d split up with clipboards and sticky notes, counting piles of jeans and T-shirts in different sections. But here’s the kicker: we only had one computer. After counting a section, someone had to sprint to the back office, type numbers into a spreadsheet, then run back—only to realize we’d miscounted hanger sizes or lost a sticky note. Half the team would volunteer to mop floors just to avoid inventory duty 😅.
That’s when it hit me: Why can’t we update stock in real time from our phones? 🤔 Why waste hours walking back and forth? 🫠 Fast-forward to today, and Stocklytics was born—to kill those spreadsheets, sticky notes, and endless walks for good.
