Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I built STL Text because turning a simple name, label, or word into a printable STL often means opening CAD software for a job that should take a few seconds. STL Text keeps the whole workflow in the browser: type your text, choose a font, adjust the height, depth, spacing and bevel, preview the 3D mesh live, then export a print-ready STL. There’s no signup, nothing gets uploaded for generation, and there are no download limits. I also added presets for plain text, keychains, and nameplates so common projects take even less setup. I’d especially love feedback from people who 3D print: what would make this more useful next — more fonts, curved text, emboss/deboss tools, or more ready-to-print presets?
