How did Astra change the scope or ambition of what you built?

Astra changed StayMission from a simple property task tracker into a much more complete operations platform. It helped me think through how managers, staff and property owners would each use the product, then connect those needs into one clear system. The scope grew to include cleaning, maintenance, inspections, owner updates, reporting, permissions, billing and operational analytics. It also made it realistic for me to build and test areas that would normally require a larger team, including security checks, tenant separation, responsive interfaces and deployment workflows. I still made the product decisions and reviewed the work, but Astra helped me move from an early idea to a working platform with the structure needed to support real property management teams.

Hi Product Hunt! I’m Lyuben, the founder of StayMission. I started building StayMission after seeing how easily property operations become scattered across spreadsheets, messages, emails and shared folders. StayMission brings cleaning, maintenance, inspections, team assignments and owner updates into one workspace. Managers coordinate the work, team members follow clear assignments, and owners receive approved information through a private portal. This is an early free pilot, and I’m looking for honest feedback from property managers, holiday-rental operators and owners.
