Most of us bookmark things we never see again. Stashed turns that graveyard into a personal memory for the web. Save any page with ALT+S it's auto-tagged instantly, so your stash organizes itself with no folders to maintain. Hit ALT+W to find it in seconds with fuzzy search across titles, tags, domains and notes. As you browse, Stashed resurfaces your most relevant saves based on what you're reading right now. Local-first, no account needed. Pro adds sync, full-page archive and AI tagging.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm BiT, the indie developer behind Stashed.
I built this because I was drowning in saved things I could never find again. Browser bookmarks failed me as there is too much friction to save, impossible to search without remembering the exact keyword. Every "second brain" tool I tried demanded setup I never maintained.
So I built the simplest version of what I actually wanted: one click to save, seconds to find, and a library that organizes itself.
One feature I've grown to love is resurfacing. When you're reading something, Stashed can bring back related things you've already saved, so useful articles, tools, and references show up right when they're relevant again. It makes the web feel a little less forgetful.
Free version is complete and fully local, no account, no tracking. Pro exists for sync and archiving, but Free is genuinely the whole product.
Would love to know: what's your biggest frustration with how you save things today? That's exactly what I built this to fix.
