Health documentation and advocacy tool that turns symptoms into provider ready evidence.

The rate of dismissal in healthcare especially for women and chronically ill people continue to increase. So many apps are out there that focus on only a piece of the puzzle but none have been able to bridge the gap between these needs: the ease of tracking your health while structuring it in a way that is readily referenced at appointments, the peace of mind that comes from staying informed about your health, in between health appointments and the sense of belonging that people struggling with their health get by being part of a meaningful, supportive community. We built a health platform that goes beyond symptom tracking to equip our members with all the tools they need to make managing their health easier: symptom tracking, flare reports, pdf summarys of their health insights, links to science backed symptom management care tips and community group chats to connect with others who have the same diagnosis or symptoms and discover what worked for them. In time we hope to go beyond that to create awareness and community advocacy but we believe that building a world around health advocacy begins with fixing the collective foundational issues first. While this is something I built based on my experience and those around me, I would like feedback on user experience and would love to know if this is something the people want or if you believe it can be helpful to you.
