Hey Product Hunt 👋 I was depressed writing SaaS tools and needed a side project that was just for fun. Around the same time I kept running into paid leaderboards, and it bugged me. A leaderboard should be fun, and the top spot shouldn't be something you buy. This is how I built Startup Surfers. It's a free pixel-art surf game that runs in your browser. Hold the pocket, land flips and grabs, don't hit the shark. Your score lands on a global board next to your startup's name, and you get a public founder profile with achievements. You can start a league for your team or community ($19/mo) and your best five surfers race every season board. But every plan scores its best fivys you room and branding, never rank.
