I’ve just started using the app for a few days, but I found that it has most of the features I love, from smoothing brush strokes to linking pages, font changing, etc., even at an incredibly perfect cost. However, as a Vietnamese user, I sincerely hope the DEV Team will soon introduce Vietnamese as an application language, along with Vietnamese text recognition and support for additional Asian languages. Thank you so much!

Hey Hunters! 👋
I’m Steven, the maker of StarNote, and I’m excited to finally share it with you!
If you’ve ever tried handwriting notes, sketching ideas, or annotating PDFs on an Android tablet, you probably know how limited most apps can feel — either too clunky, too expensive, or simply not built for real productivity. That’s why we built StarNote.
💡What Makes StarNote Stand Out?
Natural Handwriting Experience: Smooth, responsive writing with a flexible brush toolkit that feels just right.
PDF Annotation Made Easy: Highlight, underline, add comments, or write directly on PDFs.
Multi-Format Support: Work with PDFs, DOCs, PPTs, and EPUBs in one place.
Tagging, Outlines & Excerpts: Stay organized with tools that let you tag, structure, and summarize your notes.
🎯 Who Is StarNote For?
Students – Taking handwritten lecture notes, reviewing slides, annotating textbooks.
Teachers & Educators – Grading assignments, preparing materials, or marking up lesson plans.
Knowledge Workers – Reviewing PDFs, capturing meeting thoughts, or sketching ideas during calls.
Planners & Journalers – Using paper-style templates to reflect, plan, and write freely on a clean digital surface.
✨ If you think better by hand and want a calm, powerful space to work and create on your Android tablet — StarNote is made for you.
We’d love to hear your feedback — suggestions, ideas, or questions. Thanks for checking us out!
Mukh.1
Finally, a tool that keeps up with the way our minds work. We’re launching too: Mukh.1 helps you automate daily workflows with drag-and-drop AI agents, no code needed. Check it out.

The screenshots look really interesting! Do you have any plans to build an iOS version as well?
StarNote
@hosseinyazdi Thanks, Hossein! Really glad you liked the screenshots. Yes — we’re working on the iOS version right now and expect to release it in July. Appreciate your support!

@star_note I'm looking into it, keep it up, guys, great app!
Congrats on the launch, Steven! StarNote looks like a fantastic tool for anyone who prefers handwriting and visual thinking on Android tablets. I’m curious—how does StarNote handle handwriting recognition or converting handwritten notes to text? Are there any plans to add features like real-time sync across devices or integration with popular cloud services (like Google Drive or OneDrive)? Looking forward to trying it out!
StarNote
@qilong Thanks! Starnote analyzes how you write by looking at the strokes, curves, and direction of your pen, then matches those patterns to letters and words.Everything works offline. Your data stays on your device.
We already support syncing with Google Drive.
Real-time sync across devices is coming soon.
Finally, a note app that organizes well! 👀

@shenjun Thanks, Jun! Hope you give StarNote a try. We’d love to hear what you think once you dive in.

Congrats on the PH launch, Steven @star_note ! 🎉 As an tablet power user, StarNote's infinite canvas + PDF/EPUB support is exactly what I've needed for lecture prep! ✍️ Love the flexible brush toolkit – feels like real pen-on-paper flow.
One growth idea: Have you considered template collaboration? Teachers could share lesson plan layouts ❤️, and students might trade study note templates. And any plan for iOS version or web version?
(P.S. We're building our full-stack Agent Builder platform, Tate-A-Tate. Imagine letting users build custom agent with subcription for by combining user's notes... 👀 Let’s chat about collabs!)
