Standing Coder helps developers stay healthy with gentle reminders to stand, stretch, and move—without breaking their flow. No logins, no data collection. Just better habits, one nudge at a time.
I'm super excited (and a little nervous 😅) to launch this app I've been using myself for the past few weeks.
If you’re a dev who’s ever forgotten to move for 3+ hours straight... you’re not alone.
I’d love to hear how you take care of your health during coding sessions — and if Standing Coder could fit into your routine.
Thanks for checking it out ❤️

Love the idea behind Standing Coder! As a developer, it’s easy to get lost in a coding session and forget to take care of your body. The fact that it’s non-intrusive and doesn’t require logins or data collection is a big plus. How customizable the reminders are - can we adjust the frequency or types of movements?
@evgenii_zaitsev1 you can set the style of the notification messages, you can also set your working days and hours.
There are also widgets available for your homescreen 👍
Please let me know how you experienced the app after a few days of using 🙏
