Missed calls often mean missed bookings, missed jobs, and lost revenue — especially for busy teams like garages, salons, clinics, and trades who are often with customers when the phone rings. Staffley acts as an AI receptionist that answers calls, captures enquiry details, and can book appointments automatically using natural conversation. Everything is logged in a simple dashboard so businesses can see missed opportunities and follow up quickly. The goal is simple: help businesses capture more customers without needing to hire more staff or change how they currently work. Staffley works alongside existing phone numbers and calendars with minimal setup. I’m currently looking for early users and feedback to shape the roadmap — especially from service businesses handling lots of incoming calls.
