Hi, I'm Malshan. I build mobile apps for clients, and every test build used to end the same way. A WhatsApp message saying "the total is wrong", no screenshot, no idea which phone. I got tired of asking the same four questions, so I built the thing that answers them before I ask. Here's the flow. A tester shakes the phone. The screen freezes into a still, they circle the problem with a pen or an arrow, type one line, hit send. It lands in your inbox, or in Slack if you want it there, with the last 100 log lines and the phone's details attached. Resolve it in either place and the other one follows. Things I'd be embarrassed to have got wrong. The screenshot stays full size, so you can actually circle a small button. Reports queue on the device and send when the network comes back. And one flag keeps it out of the build the store gets. It's a beta and the numbers are small, so you'll have my full attention. Install it, shake it, and if the first report doesn't show up within a minute, tell me here. That's the feedback I came for. Free while in beta, and the free tier stays free with no cap on reports. Pro is $15 a month per workspace for Slack, longer retention and more projects. The SDK is open source. Flutter ships today, React Native and native iOS and Android are next.
