Most of them had great experience — they just didn't realize their resumes were getting filtered out by ATS before any human could read them. Turns out 90%+ of large companies use Applicant Tracking Systems that scan resumes for specific keywords pulled from the job description. So I built SprintJob to solve exactly that: paste a job offer, upload your resume, and the AI rewrites it with the right keywords and structure in under 60 seconds. Along the way, I also added what felt natural: cover letters tailored to each application, interview prep with role-specific questions, and a dashboard to track everything (because Excel sheets for job hunting are painful).
