Like many people, I found that keeping track of shared expenses after trips, dinners, and everyday spending could quickly become confusing. That inspired me to build Splitiv—a simple, modern way to split expenses, track balances, and settle up with confidence.

Would love a "trip" mode that groups expenses by event or vacation, then auto-resets balances when the trip closes. Makes it way easier to settle everything at once instead of carrying balances between trips.
That's actually how Splitiv is designed today. Each trip can have its own dedicated group, and once everyone settles up, the group is fully settled. If you no longer need it, you can simply archive the group and create a fresh one for your next trip, keeping everything nicely separated.
That said, I really like your idea of making this workflow even more seamless. I'll definitely keep it in mind as I continue improving Splitiv.
