The $20 flat pricing is a nice hook against Skimmer. One thing that would seal the deal for me as a solo operator is a quick-add chemical log on the tech side, where my guys tap a few buttons after each visit and it auto-attaches to the client's record. Right now it sounds like everything else is covered, but tracking chemical readings over time across a season is the gap that keeps people in spreadsheets.
The route optimization actually shaves time off my day, and the photo check-ins from the tech app keep clients in the loop without me chasing anyone down. For twenty bucks flat it's a no-brainer.
