How does the invoicing actually handle things like deposits or split payments, or is it strictly full-amount invoicing once an item is approved?
@dileknrpn Great question. It's not strictly full-amount. The invoice is drawn from your approved items, but every field is editable, and there's a dedicated "Deposit / Paid" field — enter what the client has already paid and the invoice shows the remaining Balance Due automatically. For split or progress billing today, you've got two easy options: (1) edit the line items/amounts to bill a portion (e.g., a "50% deposit" line), or (2) generate separate invoices for each stage. What it doesn't do yet is automated payment schedules/milestones or collecting the payment itself — that's on the Pro roadmap (Pro adds a "Pay" button so clients can pay online).
