This is the first implementation of the 2025-2030 US RealFood.gov diet, as far as I know. It is superior because it directs you what to eat, before you eat. This product has been made localized for 20 Languages on Android now (as well as iOS):

Love the simple approach here, especially tying everything to the US Dietary Guidelines so I know the recommendations are legit. One thing that would make me open it daily is a quick weekly recap screen that highlights my top wins and one habit to tweak, instead of just dumping raw numbers.
@sevillfry I like this idea, perhaps through a notification. I believe this could be currently found in the History tab, to see which foods could be prioritized. Notification would be much more direct, though. I typically open this app before I open the refrigerator. Thank you!
finally gave it a spin and the watch logging feels way smoother than i expected for a free tracker, plus the guidelines based suggestions are actually practical not preachy

Love that it syncs straight to Apple Watch without needing to pull out my phone mid-workout, and the portion size photo capture feels way less tedious than typing everything in by hand.
Love how cleanly the health stats display on the watch face, makes quick glance tracking feel effortless throughout the day.
@farukkorkuygpl Thank you Faruk, I wanted the interface to be very quick and smooth. It's part of the reason I had Ai write it natively in Swift and Kotlin.
