Sonic Water Eject uses powerful sound frequencies to push water out of iPhone and AirPods speakers in seconds. Inspired by Apple Watch water eject, it plays low-frequency tones (150–180 Hz) to create acoustic pressure that forces water droplets out. Includes Normal, Gentle, and Intensive modes, AirPods cleaning, and speaker test tools so you can hear the difference instantly.

We built Sonic Water Eject after one of us dropped an iPhone into the sink and the speaker sounded awful for days. Rice didn’t help, waiting didn’t help, and repair quotes were scary. But we noticed how Apple Watch uses sound to push water out - so we wondered: why not do the same for iPhone and AirPods?
We experimented with different frequencies and found that low tones around 150–180 Hz create strong acoustic pressure that physically pushes water droplets out through the speaker grills. From there, we added different modes for light splashes, heavy water exposure, and even AirPods and charging cases.
We also added speaker test tools so you can hear the difference before and after cleaning.
We’d love your feedback!
