I had pretty dismal results from Sonero, I'm quite eloquent and speak clearly in my meetings but the transcript only picked up the first few seconds of my speech. The Key Topics picked up were also incorrect and this really didn't bring any value to my meet.
I also don't understand the scoring engine and what the measurement means.
I love Sonero for the the ability to refer to the transcripts from meeting and discussions on projects I am working on. When key stakeholders, the client or the art director are discussing key elements to include, scripting suggestions or other action items, I am not worried about missing anything to take bad, messy notes. I am fully present and engaged in the conversation. When the meeting is over I can review the to-do list, questions that were asked or transfer key statements to the scripts or interview questions on videos we are producing. Before Sonero, I do not know how I managed to be as productive and efficient as I am now in my meetings. And with the new speaker analytics - I have improved my presentation skills making me even more powerful and engaging speaker!
Sonero has redefined what it means to record a meeting. As someone who prefers to note highlights from a meeting, I love how Sonero does this for me. Additionally, it provides feedback on meeting engagement, which I'm looking forward in the long-term to better understand how my team and I can improve our meetings.
I've been using the product since the early beta. I started out using it once every couple of weeks. Today, I use it almost literally every day and I never have to worry about when the Sonero assistant will show up to call. I get to record all kinds of calls without ever having to think about scheduling the assistant. This advantage in collecting voice/video data is proving to be such an edge in my work; improves my conversational recall and also reduces any anxiety about missing pertinent notes. You're going to love using it once you start.
I've been using Sonero for my business for months now and there is nothing that compares. From the breakdown of each call, the stats, the key points, Sonero has it all in a meeting notes platform. We run a podcast launch company and we even use the platform to audit our clients episodes to help improve. Sonero is a part of my life and my business and we can't wait to see them grow!
Been using Sonero since beta. The rate of change and responsiveness to feature requests has been unreal.
Further, it's solving a real problem for me in giving better transparency to the amount of time and space certain folks take up in meetings over others, making them aware of their outsized time footprint. (It's usually me—Sonero has been a great training device in helping me slow down and be more selective.)
