Signing should be easy, whatever the document is for. We built Sonder Sign to bring flexibility and ease to sending and signing. Send to one person or many, have people sign in order, or give everyone a separate copy to complete. It all fits into one straightforward workflow, with no account needed to sign. From permission slips to business agreements, we’ve kept both sides of the experience in mind.

Hi Product Hunt! My name is Shady, founder of Papersheep and the developer behind Sonder Sign.
I started building Sonder Sign when I was looking for a comfortable way to send contracts for my own company.
There were plenty of capable signing tools, and some did things really well. But I kept running into trade-offs: pricing I had to spend time figuring out, workflows that felt heavier than my needs, or signing bundled into a larger suite I didn’t need.
It made me think about how often people outside large companies need something signed. A freelancer sending their first contract. A school collecting permission slips. Someone running a skating lesson or organizing a community event. These documents matter to the people involved, too.
I wanted to build something with their experience in mind from the beginning.
That’s where the name Sonder comes from: the realization that everyone has a life as complex as your own. It felt fitting for a product where every request reaches another person, with their own time, responsibilities and comfort with technology.
For the sender, that means being able to handle different situations without learning a different process each time. Whether you’re sending to one person or many, having people sign in order, or giving everyone a private copy to complete, it all follows the same straightforward workflow.
For the person receiving it, it means a clear and intuitive way to complete the document, without having to create an account.
There’s still plenty I want to improve, and a lot more features and milestones in the pipeline. I’m looking forward to learning from the people who use it. I want Sonder Sign to be something you feel comfortable sending to a client, a parent, a volunteer or anyone else you need to reach.
There’s a free plan you can keep using, with no credit card required. If you give it a go, I’d love to hear what you needed signed and how the experience felt. Was anything confusing or more work than you expected? Feel free to share your thoughts here in the comments.
