Looks like a great app to improve team collaboration and engagement but also to have a clear view of what everybody in the team is up to. Can hardly wait to dig some more into it. recommending it so far.

Hey this looks like a great product! One of the things that caught my eye was the recognition feature, but does it have any sort of rewards or monetary component to this?

You're spot on; the recognition feature is something we're really proud of 💟. As of now, while recognitions are focused on acknowledging and celebrating achievements in a meaningful way, we don't have a direct monetary rewards component integrated. However, it's a fantastic suggestion, and we're always looking to enhance Socyal based on what our users find valuable. So, stay tuned for future updates!
