Customer support is one of the worst I have ever encountered.
I purchased this software about 6 months ago. Before purchasing, I asked the founder if they had Google My Business incororated. I was told not yet but that it would happen very soon.
I have since followed up with them about every 2 weeks to see if this was being integrated.
Most of the times, I did not get an answer to my emails. I would often have to send 4-5 emails before getting an answer.
And every time I got an answer, I was told Google My Business would be integrated shortly, and often the update was that it would happen in about 2 weeks time.
About 6 months later, this is still not integrated.
So in short: In my opinion, the customer service is terrible. I do not get replies when sending emails, and I feel lied to regarding the integration of Google My Business. I am very dissatisfied and would not recommend this to anyone.
