I'm Avadh, founder of SnapCloth - AI Outfit Try-On.
This started with a simple frustration: I'd buy clothes online, wait a week, and half the time they just didn't look right on me. Returns, refunds, repeat. The "imagine how it looks on me" gap is still wide open in online shopping. So we built SnapCloth - snap a photo of yourself, pick any outfit, and AI shows you wearing it in seconds. No mannequins, no guesswork. Just you, in the clothes, before you spend a dollar. A few things we obsessed over:
*Making the try-on actually look like you - right body, right drape, not a sticker pasted on a photo
*Speed - results in seconds, not a loading screen you abandon
*Working cleanly on both iOS and Android from day one
It's live on both stores right now, and we're actively shaping it with real user feedback, so this launch is partly a "come break it and tell us what's missing" moment.

How accurate is the fit and drape on different body types, or does it mainly work off standard sizing?

Right now, it primarily uses your uploaded photo + standard sizing inputs to map drape and proportions - so it's quite accurate for typical body types, but we're actively refining it for more diverse builds (very tall/short, plus size, etc.) based on exactly this kind of feedback. If you try it, I'd love to know how it did for you specifically π

How well does it handle different body shapes and lighting conditions in uploaded photos? Wondering if it just roughly drapes outfits or actually adjusts to fit proportions realistically.

@salimyalnlqvecΒ Good question! It actually adjusts to fit and proportions rather than just draping flat - it maps the outfit to your body shape from the photo, not a generic template. Lighting can affect realism a bit (well-lit, front-facing photos give the best results), and that's an area we're continuing to improve. Would love for you to try it and tell us how it does on your end π
