Hi,
I built Snake Sprint to turn a simple browser game into a small paid web app and practice the full SaaS launch flow: landing page, free usage limit, checkout, paid unlock and post-launch feedback.
You can play three Snake games for free, then unlock unlimited play with a lifetime pass.
The game includes configurable difficulty, board size, speed, wrap mode, obstacles, score tracking, session stats and JSON export.
This is intentionally small, but the goal is to learn from a real launch. I’d really appreciate feedback on the onboarding, pricing, paywall and what would make the game more replayable.
