Most smoking apps track streaks. Smokr makes your behavior visible. Upload a photo. Log a cigarette. See the impact. When you don’t smoke, it rebuilds. No confetti. No cheerleading. Just cause and effect. Includes 7-day visual replay, risk-hour insights, and money tracking. Built to explore whether visual consequence creates stronger awareness than numbers alone.

Hey everyone,
I built Smokr after realizing most quit smoking apps rely heavily on streaks and motivation.
But habits aren’t always rational. Sometimes numbers don’t hit emotionally.
So I experimented with something different: visual consequence.
Instead of telling you that you smoked 5 cigarettes today, it shows how repeated behavior accumulates over time.
I’m genuinely curious whether this approach feels more powerful or just different.
Happy to answer any questions about the build, the psychology behind it, or the monetization model.
Thanks for checking it out

I’m curious how you thought about the psychological side of this. Do you think visual consequence works better than streak-based motivation long term?

Do you want to put more bad habits in it as well?
