Eight free tools for home tasks you do once every few years. Split a utility bill when a roommate moves mid-period, keep move-in and move-out photos side by side in a PDF, read a bank statement CSV in the browser with no bank login, score homes after viewings. Plus Tokyo bulky-item fees, Japan move-out charges and days-abroad counts for Japan PR or UK ILR. No account, nothing uploaded.

I made these after noticing how many home chores need a one-off calculation or record: the electricity bill in the month a roommate left, the photos from move-in day that suddenly matter at move-out, a statement you want to check without linking a bank.
Each tool runs in the browser tab. Nothing you type or upload is sent to a server, and each page shows the rule or official source behind the result (for example the MLIT guideline for Japanese move-out charges, or ward open data for Tokyo fees). They are funded by AdSense ads.
Honest numbers so far: about 23 visits across six of the sites in a week, and zero search clicks. So any feedback is new to me.
Most useful feedback: is the input step clear the first time you open a tool, and is there a home task you have had to do by spreadsheet that would fit here?
(This listing was drafted with an AI agent for me, and I checked the facts.)
Two corrections to my note above: the facts in this listing were checked against the live sites by the AI agent that drafted it, not line by line by me. And the guide pages carry ad slots, but AdSense has not approved the sites yet, so they earn nothing so far.
