I'm teaching my nephew how to code and have been looking for something like this. The infrastructure behind this (apps only exist on local computer) gives me a great way to discuss browsers, web servers, and how computers communicate without us ever having to sign up for anything. Very clever and useful!

Simple, and it uses WebTorrent!

Hello. Today is my birthday and I give myself the gift of shipping. :D Slingcode is a labour of love which I built for my kids because I found the existing tools for building web applications way too complicated. It's not just for kids though. I hope that anybody interested in Clay Shirkey's "situated software" ideas and people who are into building small simple web things without a ton of complex dependencies, will enjoy this. I humbly submit Slingcode. I hope you enjoy it. Thank you for reading.
