Hey Product Hunt 👋 I never had a problem writing down what I needed to do. I had a problem remembering to open the app I wrote it in. That became the whole idea behind **Slaet**. I open a new tab hundreds of times a day. My task manager? Maybe twice—and usually just to reorganize it instead of actually doing the work. So instead of building another app you have to remember to visit, I put it in the one place you're already going all day: your new tab. No extra effort. No new habit. It's just there. While building it, I realized something else. Most productivity apps don't reduce overwhelm—they organize it. Overdue, upcoming, someday, done... everything lives on the same screen, constantly reminding you of what you're not doing. I wanted the opposite. Every feature had to answer one question: **Does this help you do the next thing?** Filters, tags, streaks, counters—most of them didn't. So I removed them. What's left asks a single question: **Is there something you should be doing right now?** If yes, it shows you that one thing. If not, it stays quiet. That silence is the success state—not a failure to keep you engaged. Slaet also works fully offline, and you don't need an account to use it.
