Hi.
I was a CEO during 2 years in one commercial company. When I came to this position, I wanted to know everything about the employees. And the quest has began.
Who knows the phone numbers of employees?
Who knows their date of birth to celebrate them?
Who knows their real addresses to send gifts?
Who knows Spanish/English from them?
Who can be a teamlead or do the analytic?
Who can add the new employee to the chats?
Who goes to the vacations this month?
I tried to keep this information from the whole world! I hired HR, who helped me in it. She offered to start work with an HR system. We started work in the software and all these questions were solved. Your product is the same category but I like it more (features, design).
My best recommendations to other users - try it. If I need it again in my work, I will try too.
