I built it because adding up long lists of numbers on a phone keypad is slow and easy to get wrong. With this app you just say the numbers, like "42.75 plus 19.99 plus 120", and the total updates while you talk.
A few things I care about:
• Every number appears as its own block, so if one is misheard you tap and fix it instead of starting over
• It keeps listening while you switch apps, with the running total in the Dynamic Island, so you can read figures straight out of a bank app, PDF or spreadsheet
• Speech recognition runs on-device and works offline, and the app supports VoiceOver and can read the total aloud
• It runs on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Vision Pro, free with no ads (Pro adds history and iCloud sync)
