Anything else waits for the right person to sign the exact payee, account and amount on their own phone, and every decision is kept as proof. Signed comes in two products. Signed for Enterprise holds agent-prepared payment runs inside a company's accounting system until the required people sign. Signed for Consumers is a check a bank, card app or store adds to its own app. Signed never holds or moves money; the bank executes every payment. Signed is in early access with design partners.
