I built SignalForge because most “AI automation” tools don’t actually complete work.
They generate text — but they don’t execute workflows reliably.
SignalForge is different:
- It operates software across web and desktop (no APIs)
- It extracts, compares, and structures data
- It generates dashboards and reports
- It writes results into Excel and prepares email drafts
But the key difference is reliability:
Every run goes through:
→ readiness checks
→ execution with recovery
→ evidence validation
→ export gating
If the result is incomplete or unreliable, it’s not considered done.

I stopped flattening runtime recovery into a binary “success” state.
If a replay:
healed selector drift,
switched recovery branches,
revalidated assertions,
and rebuilt proof from secondary signals,
I no longer score it the same way as a deterministic clean replay.
Most systems hide recovery.
I started treating it as first-class execution telemetry.
