Not a typo, not false modesty, just where things actually are.

Here's what I've learned that's more useful than the number itself: people don't drop off because the idea doesn't land, they drop off somewhere in onboarding before they ever see the AI generate their first 5 tasks. I'm digging into exactly where that happens this week.
