Shopify CSV imports are powerful, but it's easy to overlook a blank field, a missing column or a variant change before clicking Import. I built ShopifyImportGuard to make that last check simpler.

Here's how it works:

1. Add the product CSV you're about to import.

2. Optionally add your current Shopify export to compare what's changing.

3. Review flags for blank overwrites, variant changes, missing headers and duplicate SKUs.

The preview runs locally in your browser, with no Shopify connection required. It's free to scan; an optional detailed report costs $0.20. The app is currently available through Poe Canvas.

It's a diagnostic aid, not a guarantee that an import will succeed, and it's not affiliated with Shopify.
