Sharpy is a to-do list that keeps itself current. It watches your screen, connects to your apps, and organizes your day. Someone asks you for something in Slack? Sharpy creates a task. You make a promise? Sharpy remembers and reminds you. Task completed? Sharpy checks it off. It gives you the environment to stay focused without constantly thinking what's next.

Hey Product Hunt!
I'm Assylkhan, co-founder & CEO of Sharpy.
For years, Eugene and I have been obsessed with one question: what actually keeps you productive? We tried hundreds of systems, before AI and after. Eugene even tested caffeine and taurine in every form. We learned the same lesson: energy isn't the problem. The friction between tasks is. Juggle three projects, hit one "wait, what was I supposed to do?" moment, and you're out for an hour.
So we went all in. I dropped out of the best university in Kazakhstan and turned down a growth role at Higgsfield AI. Eugene walked away from the safest path his country had for him; for a year he pretended to go to university every morning just to build full time. We left everything behind, moved to San Francisco for the Entrepreneurs First program, and built Sharpy. There's no one else I'd do this with than my co-founder and CTO, Eugene.
Our vision is simple: AI agents can already do most routine work, but they don't know you. Sharpy starts by understanding you, and everything else is built on that.
Using Sharpy is super simple:
- Download Sharpy for Mac
- Connect the apps you use: email, calendar, Slack, Notion
- Work as usual. Your to-do list writes itself.
What users love Sharpy for
- Founders juggling five projects at once: Sharpy remembers every promise you made, so nothing slips.
- Engineers in deep work: see what needs you now without leaving your flow.
- Anyone living in Slack and email: a request becomes a task automatically.
- People using Claude and Cursor: your agents can use Sharpy's context through our MCP server.
Here's what you get with Sharpy today, and we're just getting started:
- Private memory: Sharpy builds a map of your people, projects and commitments, and how they connect.
- A to-do list that keeps itself current: someone asks you for something on Slack, it's added. You finish it, it's checked off.
- Promises caught everywhere: "I'll send it tomorrow" on a call or in email becomes a task.
- Morning brief: every morning, Sharpy tells you what to do today.
- Always at hand: sidebar, notch island and widgets, so your list is one glance away.
- Focus sessions: Sharpy notices when you drift to distracting apps and sites.
- Search your past: find anything from past calls and screen history.
- Private by design: your memory is stored on your Mac. Exclude any app or site, or pause anytime.
Coming soon: a "Let Sharpy do this task" button. Every task already carries its context, so Sharpy can do it for you.
Most to-do apps measure how many tasks you complete. We care about something else: how many tasks you never had to type. Every task Sharpy finds on its own is time you didn't spend searching and organizing.
Our dream is a world where you never have to explain yourself to your tools, because they already understand you. Try Sharpy and tell us what you think. Every piece of feedback makes it sharper.
@assylunicorn no way! i was building this idea 2 years ago but models weren't good enough to make the tool useful. glad you made this happen now! i'll try and share feedback soon
@arsenfounder Thanks! Would love to hear your feedback once you try
