ShallPass makes organising events and meetups super fast and simple. Create an account to make an event, add the location, the time and a description and share the URL in every platform. People can confirm or skip without needing an account. No bullshit.
Hi there!
I am Joan Cardona the maker of ShallPass. A month ago it was my birthday and I wanted to do a dinner at home with friends. To organise it, I created a Google Calendar event but turns out that the only way to invite people is through email invites. I don't know about you, but I don't communicate with my friends through email, I do it through Telegram with some, through WhatsApp with others and there's a bunch I talk mainly in Instagram and Twitter DMs. So yeah, it was a mess. I ended up making a spreadsheet where everyone would just set their status as Going or Not Going.
This is where I started building ShallPass. My idea was to make something extremely simple, just set the basics that people need to know to attend an IRL event, send a link to everyone and they can just confirm or not in seconds, without needing to sign up for yet another platform.
When ShallPass was almost ready, I presented it to some friends and everybody found a different problem that ShallPass fixes for them. A friend organises beach volley games and he used to do it through a WhatsApp group, but not anymore. Another one plays in an orchestra and they used to organise practices through a Google Docs, but not anymore. Another one owns a skating school and he manages all his clients in a huge spreadsheet.
ShallPass is so easy that they all moved their events there, they share the link and by the time the event happens they know exactly who is going. Also no more people asking "so where is the event in the end?" or "when is it?". It's simple, it's fast, it's intuitive and it works everywhere and for everyone. It's for casual dinners with friends, for company meetings, for sports, for music, for anything you need.
ShallPass saves time to everyone, the host only has to say the detail once and knows exactly who is going to attend it. The guests have clear details about where, when and even who is going.
If you also want to save time every time you are meeting someone or you are attending an event, just create a ShallPass and send it to everyone.
I'm really looking forward your feedback! :)
PS: Bonus points if you know where the name comes from.

Love the simplicity, definitely will use this in replacement of Facebook events moving forward!
