Hello, I built SetGrip because I wanted two things from a workout tracker and could not find them together: no account to create, and a large exercise library.
What it does: routines built from 1,100+ exercises with video demonstrations, set logging with rest timers on iPhone and from the wrist on Apple Watch, personal records and estimated 1RM shown while you train, and statistics afterwards.
What it does not do: no account, no sign-up, no social feed, no ads. Everything works offline. Your history lives on your iPhone and in your own private iCloud, and you can export it as CSV or JSON at any time for free.
The free version has unlimited workouts and history with up to 3 routines. Premium removes the routine limit and adds detailed statistics and plateau insights.
I train with it every week, so I would love to hear what is missing or what feels wrong. Happy to answer anything here.
