The Problem: Most senior tech still requires the senior to "do" something. This dashboard requires zero interaction. It’s a visual lifeline that hangs on the wall, managed entirely by the family. It solves the frustration of missed appointments and the isolation that comes with hearing and vision loss. The Evolution: What started as a personal tool for my dad evolved into a "no-magic" project built on Vanilla JS and Firebase. My process focused on extreme simplification—KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid)—to ensure reliability and high contrast (white on black) for those with low vision.
