Send photos, 4K videos, or whole folders in three taps at full local speed. Stream native-quality video to a D-pad Android TV app, or share a folder once and pull files from any device. Files never leave your network. P2P file transfer is free. Sendu Pro unlocks TV streaming and live shared folders.

Hey Product Hunt ,
I’m Dirceu, from Hilda Labs in Paris. Sendu is the first product we’re shipping.
I wanted a file-transfer and shared-folder app that actually feels smooth on every screen I use: iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, Windows, Linux, and Android TV. I’m a heavy multi-platform user, and I was never happy with the apps I already had. The transfers worked, more or less. The experience didn’t. Android TV was usually a stretched phone app, or it wasn’t there at all.
AI made the last three months much faster. It did not set the pace. I did. Every screen was redrawn more than once, and every code and design decision went through me before it shipped. When a product or technical choice wasn’t clear, I slowed down on purpose. Three months later, I’m proud of what came out of that: a product I think is genuinely useful.
What Sendu does
Sendu moves files, folders, and native-quality video between every screen on your Wi-Fi. Devices talk directly. No cloud, no cables, no account.
Send photos, 4K videos, or whole folders in three taps, at full local speed
Share a folder once, then browse and pull files from any connected device
Stream video to a real Android TV app you control with the remote
Works on iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, Windows, Linux, and Android TV
End-to-end encrypted. Files never leave your network
P2P file transfer is free. Sendu Pro unlocks TV streaming and live shared folders
If you mix devices at home, tell me which pair gives you the most trouble. iPhone to Windows, Android to Mac, phone to Android TV. I’ll be here all day.

Sound great! Airdrop but for all devices right?
@thomas_wazza Exactly. AirDrop for all the major platforms: Linux, Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and Android TV. The same experience on every one of them. If you use an iPhone and have an Android TV, it works in seconds. I use Linux sometime and iOS with no issues. You get a fast, simple experience on every platform.
The D-pad navigation for Android TV is a thoughtful detail. A file transfer app needs to work with the remote someone actually has in their hand.
@oleksii_sekundant Thanks for the feedback. That is exactly the idea: an app with the best possible experience on every platform. Android TV apps often have weak UX, UI, and navigation. With Sendu, the D-pad gives you a proper experience for getting files onto your Android TV from your PC or phone , share a folder, send the files, or stream them straight to the TV.
Nice to see a local-first take on this, AirDrop breaks down the moment an Android or Windows device shows up. How does discovery work on networks that block device-to-device traffic, like hotel or office Wi-Fi? Do you have a fallback or is that just out of scope for now?
Sharing a folder once and then pulling files from any device is exactly how I want this to work at home, and staying on the local network means I can stop thinking about how big the 4K files are.
