Hey Product Hunt, I’m Sven, the solo founder of Selectd. Before building Selectd, I worked in risk advisory with German mid-sized companies. More recently, conversations with IT leaders kept pointing to the same operational problem: security tools find issues, but the work that follows still lands on one person who is also responsible for keeping IT running. That person has to determine what matters, reconstruct the company context, prepare a decision, assign ownership and remember to follow up. We built Selectd to take on that recurring work. Selectd gives lean IT teams specialized agents for vulnerabilities, threat activity, regulation and triage. They assess external developments and security findings against one shared company context, then prepare prioritized, source-backed work. We are building read-only integrations so the same agents can work with findings from existing security tools. Our long-term direction is an AI CISO for lean IT teams that knows the company’s history and coordinates recurring security work without removing human accountability.
