What's the one thing that actually annoys you about cloud storage?

Curious what people's real pain points are here not "which provider is best" but the specific thing that makes you grumble every time you deal with cloud storage.

For me building seemydrive, it kept coming back to two things: pricing that quietly creeps up every month, and plan sizes that never quite match what you actually need (either paying for way more than you'll use, or getting bumped into a tier because the smaller one doesn't exist).
