I think it's the best what can happen to Junior Developers. Having a closed community that is open to help is one of the things I wish I had when I was starting. There is actually no help for beginners when it comes to mentoring - or actually, there is, but it's usually a very expensive solution. Most of the time in the beginner programmer journey the mentor isn't the actual mentor, but guys from YouTube, content/course creators - until you get your first job, you will be alone. Then, when you finally get your first job, you may get some help from the more experienced developers in the team, but still, that's not always the case. Congratulations on the launch, and keep up the good work! 🔥

Great question @farokh_shahabi we aim enable mentors to build their audience of mentees and also help generate a revenue stream through paid sessions that can be done via the platform. We also have roadmap items to further improve the engagement as well...

@farokh_shahabi Mentors Major task on the platform will be to guide people through thick and thin. Everybody has a different journey altogether but a few things can be optimised and certain dilemmas can be solved. That's where mentors pitch in. Ultimately, in the whole LinkedIn and Twitter world, only creating content isn't going to help in the long run, so ultimately people will need a platform where they not only measure the success by the number of people following them up but can measure their success by the kind of impact they are going to create in lives. And this in turn will increase the engagement. It's a loop:) And would love to have you as a mentor. So do sign up and guide whenever you have some spare time across the globe.

@aashray_singhal Thank you. I meant more for mentors because their time is limited and they’re not interested in ordinary incentives like money or gamification, as most people are. I’ve been in many of these communities, unfortunately not one of them was able to keep mentors engaged & interested.

@farokh_shahabi I too agree on this. Few mentors want to create a significant value as they have the power of giving back to the society, few mentors surely look to monetise it, few mentors are there to build personal brand. So if all this can be catered under one umbrella, ultimately it's a win🚀🚀
