Sustainability is a rapidly growing imperative for businesses. However, companies struggle to close the gap between what’s happening at the strategic level, and how employees can participate in sustainability. They lack the tools and resources to involve employees in an effective and scalable way. Many in today's workforce WANT to take positive action to address climate change and sustainability issues, but often struggle to get started or maintain positive behaviours.
